I am writing to complain about the holes in my garbage bags. I
thought this issue was cleared up 15 years ago, however, it
seems as though the culprit has started the same shinanigans
again, and it is not amusing. Please address this issue with
the police department and find the bum who thinks it is
amusing to once again test my patience. If Mrs. Snodgrass
were still alive, Godbless her soul, she would be outraged. I
must say, I don't think she ever fully recovered from the
last garbage bag incident. We moved here to get away from
this kind of thing in New York. If this situation is not
cleared up immediately, I will be forced to bring it before
the Town Council. This kind of thing would not be taking
place if that nice Mrs. Weigel were still there. Sincerely,
